Dear Patient Family, 

I never thought I’d see this day coming, but the time has come that I’ve decided to retire. Thank you for allowing me to care for you and your family all these years. It is only because I found someone very special who has my utmost trust to continue to care for you that I’ve been able to come to that decision. I’ve told many of you that I see myself as a patient first, then a dentist. To me, that means prioritizing quality of care above all else. I am beyond happy to have found a dentist who feels the same way. I have known him for 30 years, and I am confident in his ability to take over your and your family’s dental needs. Many of you have already met him as he has worked alongside me for these last seven years!

His name is William “Bo” Reed, DDS. He was 9 years old when his parents first brought him as a patient to my office.  I guess I wasn’t too weird for him, because he hung around, and went on to become a dentist! He grew up in El Reno, went to Riverside Elementary (even though his mom taught at Banner), then later graduated from Minco High School. From there, he went on to Redlands and OU and then University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.  In his first 11 years, he practiced as a dentist for the Kickapoo Tribe; however, during COVID-19, he realized he wanted more input over clinical decisions and management. He began working in a private practice in North OKC while continuing to work part of the week with me.  The team and I enjoyed having him on board and I am honored to have worked with him.

He, his wife Tracy, and their 4 boys, whom they homeschool, live in Blanchard. He loves the outdoors and hunting. He is an excellent dentist, AND he’s MY dentist! He’ll give you treatment options as if you were his family member, discuss the pros and cons, and then let you decide what works best for you.
